Payroll Deduction & Installment Plan Terms

Payroll Deduction. By selecting the payroll deduction method of payment, you are providing authorization to have automatic bi-weekly parking deductions taken out of your paycheck totaling the amount indicated on the Parking website. The deductions will be on a pre-tax basis and will not be included in your federal, state, or FICA wage base. The parking fee can be amended in accordance with fee changes. This deduction will continue for each year while you are employed at Towson University unless you cancel by contacting the Auxiliary Services Business Office or unless it is otherwise determined by Parking Services. You are financially obligated for the full cost of your permit, and your financial responsibility does not end unless you receive confirmation from the Auxiliary Services Business Office. Your account information will be used to administer payroll deductions. Personal information will only be made available to other administrative offices at Towson University for business or government agencies that would be required by law.

If you have selected "Payroll Deduction" as the method of payment for your parking permit, and do not agree with the terms for this method of payment, please email onecard@towson.edu and request the cancelation of your permit. You may then choose to purchase a new parking permit with a different method of payment.

Installment Payment. By selecting the installment plan method of payment, you are obligated to make all installment payments due for the purchase of your parking permit. Installment payments are due on the designated dates. If an installment payment is not received by the due date, the entire outstanding balance will be due. You are financially obligated for full cost of your permit unless you return the permit by contacting the Auxiliary Services Business Office (ASBO). If you return your permit, you are still financially obligated for the time you had access to the permit, and your financial responsibility does not end until you receive confirmation from ASBO. Your information will be used to process the requested installment payment plan. Personal information will only be made available to other administrative offices at Towson University for business or government agencies that would be required by law.
